Järvi Academy in Arvo Pärt Centre

For the forth time in a row, a concert-masterclass will take place in cooperation with Järvi Academy and the Arvo Pärt Centre. The internationally recognized Pärnu Music Festival combines both master classes and workshops for musicians within the framework of the concert program and the Järvi Academy.

The Järvi Academy Sinfonietta chamber orchestra will be conducted by the participants of the master classes. The program will include music by Arvo Pärt, and musicologist Kai Kutman will give an introduction to Arvo Pärt’s  composition “L’abbe Agathon”.
