Sandra joined the team at the Arvo Pärt Centre in early 2019, thanks to serendipitous circumstances. Sandra is a kind of a house elf, offering a helping hand wherever help is needed. She is the main contact person and helper in all matters related to room bookings, from “hello” to technical support. She is admirably tech-savvy and helpful with minor IT issues.
Sandra graduated from the cultural management programme at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy, and from the MBA programme in International Business Management at Estonian Business School. In 2011, alongside her studies, she started working as a concert and festival organiser at the company Musiccase OÜ (now known as Shiftworks), starting out as an executive assistant and finally landing the job of programme manager for Tallinn Music Week, one of the largest music festivals in the Nordic countries.
At the same time, Sandra has also worked as the international projects manager and songwriters’ camp project manager at Music Estonia, an organisation that promotes the export of Estonian music. She has also been the executive assistant and ticket sales manager at Weekend Festival Baltics, the largest dance music festival in the Baltic countries. Before joining the Arvo Pärt Centre, Sandra worked as the Marketing Manager of the Baltic region at Sony Music Entertainment.
