The working space
- The Arvo Pärt Centre’s creative room is a spacious white room with a large glass wall overlooking the pine forest. There is a large round table, desk, sofa and extra chairs. If desired, the large white wall can be used to set schemes or diagrams. It is possible to use a large screen and flipchart if required. There are 2 musical instruments in the creative room at all times – a compact digital piano (Yamaha Arius YDP S54) and a 88-key Una Corda. It is also possible to rent a MIDI keyboard (Studiologic SL88).
- The size of the creative room is 36 square metres (9m x 4m).
- During the residency period, the room is meant for one resident/working group only.
- It is possible for the resident to use other rooms at the APC if a prior agreement has been made. These rooms include the library, reading rooms and the concert hall.
- By prior agreement, the resident has also access to the following musical instruments (available in different rooms of the APC):

The residents are welcome to discover the surrounding forests and seaside not far from the centre building. There is also a cozy cafe with a terrace available for residents during the centre’s opening hours.
